Contract for Collaboration Among 10 Federal Law Enforcement Agencies

This Contract for Collaboration Among 10 Federal Law Enforcement Agencies (the “Contract”) is entered into by and between the federal law agencies: the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the United States Secret Service, the United States Marshals Service, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation (IRS-CI), the Diplomatic Security Service (DSS), and the United States Postal Inspection Service.

Article 1 – Purpose
The purpose of this Contract is to establish a framework for collaboration and cooperation among the 10 federal law enforcement agencies in order to effectively combat and prevent crime, enforce federal laws, and protect the security and integrity of the United States.
Article 2 – Scope of Collaboration
The scope of collaboration under this Contract includes but is not limited to the sharing of intelligence, resources, and expertise, joint investigative efforts, coordination of operations, and assistance in the execution of law enforcement activities.
Article 3 – Obligations of the Parties
Each federal law enforcement agency shall commit to actively participate in the collaborative efforts outlined in this Contract and shall allocate necessary resources and personnel to support such efforts.
